Refund Policy

In-House

• All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee.
• The processing fee for refunds requested after April 1st is $25 or half of the program fee whichever is greater.
• No refunds will be made after the first scheduled game (April 30th). 

Traveling

• Refunds requested prior to tryouts are subject to a $25 processing fee.
• The processing fee is waived for players cut via tryouts.  The refund is sent automatically.  You do not need to call for a refund.
• Players who make a team but choose not to accept the position will receive a refund of half the program fee.
• No refunds will be made once a player accepts a position on a team.
