********* IMPORTANT INFORMATION ****************

The WAA Tackle Football Equipment turn-in has been scheduled for Thursday, November 4th from 5:30 to 7:00 PM at the WAA building, and for Saturday, November 6th from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the WAA building.

It is requested that you turn in your equipment on those Dates and times only. However if you cannot make either of those dates, you can turn in your equipment at the WAA office from 2PM to 6Pm November 8th thru the 15th for a Restocking fee of $10.00. After November 15th, there will be a $50.00 restocking fee. If your equipment is not turned in, you will be billed a $250 lost equipment charge.

Coaches can return your team equipment on the above dates also.

All players are to keep their Jerseys, Equipment does not need to be turned in by the specific parent, however we must have the child's name on the equipment when it is turned in so that proper credit can be established. The helmets need to be free of tape, mouthguards,stickers, etc. If tape residue remains on the helmet please remove with some type of adhesive remover.

You are also requested to turn in your Gold Cards or the money at this time. WAA football is responsible for all unaccounted for Gold cards we really need your help on this.
